Immediately report incident to emergency services if anyone is injured.
In all other circumstances immediately contact your supervisor.
In the case of near miss incidents please report to your supervisor to procedure can be revised.
Always make yourself aware of project specific emergency and safety procedures and facilities, location of first aid box and emergency assembly areas.
